See the programI am in-network for many major insurance companies, as listed above. If your insurance company is not listed, please reach out to inquire if your insurance is accepted. I also see clients through some employer Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) including Lyra Health EAP and Optum EAP. I also accept Loveland Vouchers. If your plan is listed, your cost is typically your copay or coinsurance after any deductible. When booking your appointment, be sure to upload copies of your insurance and/or provide your EAP or voucher authorization code before your first session, and if anything looks unclear you'll receive a verification form so you can confirm details directly with your plan.
GOOD TO KNOW
The fine print, in plain English
-
Insurance couples sessions are 50 minutes, require a qualifying diagnosis and medical necessity, and some plans don't cover couples work at all. The 75-minute format, premarital preparation, and no-diagnosis relationship work are private pay. Full details on the Couples Therapy page.
-
Premarital counseling is education, not treatment of a diagnosis, so it isn't billed to insurance — one price, everything included.
-
Under the No Surprises Act, self-pay clients receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.
-
Cancellation and no-show policy is in accordance with the signed agreement on file, but generally requires a day’s notice to avoid a cancellation or no-show fee. A credit card is required to be kept on file via the secure client portal. Major credit cards, ACH transfers, and HSA/FSA cards accepted for eligible services.
-
Upload your insurance details or EAP authorization code when you book and a preliminary eligibility check will be initated. If anything comes back unclear, you'll get a verification form to confirm coverage directly with your plan — for couples work especially, that call is worth making.
